Registered nurses from all over the world can now apply for the International Silvia Nursing Programme in Dementia Care. For the very first time, this 1-year, online post-graduate specialist nursing programme will be held in English and made available internationally!
Swedish Care International is proud to announce its participation in Week of Health and INNovation (WHINN) 2017 in Denmark and WHO Mental Health Gap Action Programme (mhGAP) Forum in Switzerland, in October! In addition, Dr Karin Lind-Mörnesten, CEO of Swedish Care International, will also be participating as a keynote speaker in WHINN 2017.
Care for Carers is an international project, aiming to support informal caregivers who provide care in the early, moderate and severe stages of dementia by offering flexible learning that suits their availability, individual learning needs and styles. This project brings together 6 European Partners with specific expertise in training of carers or provision of care within the dementia care arena.
Swedish Care International is proud to launch this year’s Queen Silvia Nursing Award in Sweden and Germany on 1st September 2017 and in Finland on 15th September 2017. Nursing students in Sweden, Germany and Finland can now start to send in their ideas to improve elderly care. Applications for Queen Silvia Nursing Award in Finland and Poland will open on the 15th of September and mid-October respectively.
