We have openings for the following positions:

1. Project Manager within Healthcare Education and Awareness

Scope: Full time
Duration: 1 year with the possibility of extension
Type of employment: Project-based

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Project Manager to run one of our international projects.


  • Building and maintaining strong relations with partners
  • Taking an active role in researching potential partners in existing countries as well as in other countries.
  • Representing the project in meetings with potential partners as well as in public events.
  • Taking ownership of the whole project and actively directing the project updates, improvements and other developments on a continuous basis.
  • Managing and implementing different aspects of the project; being flexible with various tasks and responsibilities throughout the year (planning, partners relationship management, marketing, organising of ceremonies, reporting, etc).
  • Coordinating the work of a project team and/or external suppliers.


  • Be outgoing, confident and have good communication skills – in order to be successful in managing existing partner relations building new ones.
  • Be creative and proactive in suggesting and implementing his/her own ideas to develop the project.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in project management and be able to manage different aspects of a big project in a structured manner.
  • Previous work experience in sales or fundraising is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written abilities (in English and Swedish).
  • Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Education, experience or interest in elderly care, nursing or healthcare is an advantage.

2. Marketing Assitant

Scope: Full time
Duration: 6 months or longer
Type of employment: Long-term or temporary employment
  • Manage accurate, timely and engaging updates on our social media channels and webpages.
  • Design our newsletters and spearhead SCI’s communication strategy efforts.
  • Lead digital marketing activities and content creation.
  • Develop and organise original out-of-box communication activities.
  • Champion and have full responsibility for media-related projects.


  • Academic degree, preferably in marketing or design, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in digital marketing, social media and / or content creation
  • Knowledge of design tools
  • Strong written and spoken English language skills
  • Additional languages ​​are an advantage, with special emphasis on German, Chinese, French and Spanish
  • Experience in education, healthcare or elderly care sectors is an advantage

3. Sales Assistant

Scope: Full time

  • Build value and relationship with clients
  • Explore new markets for growth and expansion
  • Create offer proposals in-line with SCI product/service portfolio
  • Positively impact the sales process
  • Identify how Swedish elderly/dementia expertise can be best suited for international development with appropriate partners

Requirements and Skills

  • Academic degree, preferably in health, business and/or marketing or equivalent work experience
  • Merited experience in consulting or service sales
  • Merited background in nursing or healthcare
  • Strong written and spoken English language skills
  • Merited additional languages ​​with emphasis on German, French and Spanish
